The owner, Tom Papinchek, of Polymath Park told me that he has the construction drawings for two more Berndtson houses that he plans to add to the park. He said he would also like to build some legacy Usonians too.

I remember reading that the Polymath Park owners consulted with the FLW Foundation and received their OK to use the stone. For a building that sat in a disassembled state, covered by a tarp for two years, on the back of a flatbed truck, I thought the reconstruction effort was amazing. I really liked...

The Paul Olfelt home in St. Louis Park, MN also has forced-air in floor heating. I believe he told me that it was an actual Air Floor (http://www.airfloor.com/) which is still on the market.

After the Stockman's new stucco is applied it will no longer be an off-white but gray like the other homes in Rock Crest/Rock Glen. This was the original color.

I use Photobucket as my host. It is extremely easy to use and provides the entire IMG address so all you have to do is copy and paste it into your post.
