We have sought out architects/engineers/people experienced with FLLW restorations. The intention is to build the house with fidelity to the design. We are well aware of the code changes etc. that are required and have spent significant time understanding the design and what is required to execute it...

The property is actually nicer.....1/4 mile south of original site. More private, closer to lake, naturally wooded......wonderful ravine to lake.

I would be very interested in any suggestions folk might have for marketing these drawings with the property? It seems to me that it is a unique opportunity to build a Wright home today......not a restoration....I welcome any suggestions.

there are 3 renderings, one color and two black and white (elevations and floor plan) and there are 7 blue prints. Everything is original. They are working building drawings. I know they are authentic . I visited Taliesin West and met with the archivist a number of years ago. Do you have a recommendation on where to have them appraised?
