1. Bet away... This is in any case totally irrelevant to this debate anyways, as it would bring the rights duration to 2065 instead of 2047 (as stated before). :? We have otherwise no idea what the Author-Publisher Agreement could have been here, although there are many 'standard' contractual terms...
