According to PrairieMod, the Erdmann Pre-fab Van Tamelen House is now for sale. Any inquiries should be directed to the current owners.

Van Tamelen looks to be well cared for, and move-in ready. If a prospective buyer wants to "try one on for size" there is always the Duncan house available for vacation rental at Polymath park in Western PA:

The current owners were present during much of the housewalk on Saturday, but wouldn't discuss price ... ;-)

Very well maintained, with tasteful additions.
