Frank Lloyd Wright Lite, perhaps, but a Murphy bed is a nifty idea for a home with limited space.

Priceless. The town mansion gets its due ? "Three bricks thick" is a rarely-heard if practical masonry construction spec; I like it.

Hideous and badly described: a twofer. Maybe rising sea levels will take care of it -- sooner or later ?

Goodness -- I don't know whether to be pleased, or frightened . . .
As this house is built on flat ground, we might quote Mr Wright (Autobiography, pp 139, 145):
"I saw that a little height on the prairie was enough to look like much more -- every detail as to height becoming intensely significant, breadths all falling short . . . finally freedom of floor space and elimination of useless heights worked a miracle in the new dwelling place."

1) Nice cantilevers
2) I am always leery when only exterior photos are provided by the realtor.

For some reason my mind's eye wants to peel the upper hip roofs off this otherwise appealing composition. Is the interior sold separately?
