You have to overlook the furniture. (What exactly goes thru the minds of these people? Do they not sell mid-century modern furniture in Delaware?)

Both Bethesda and Dover houses are quite fine, even though they have little to do with FLW.
Even though the Dover house is of superior design, larger, on a larger lot, on a riverfront property, the $856,000 difference in price shows the greater desirability of living in Bethesda, MD over Dover, DE? The Dover house even comes with fuel for a move-in celebration fire on the terrace: the furniture. It also has a master shower that can accommodate 6 persons at a time.
