It seems like a relatively reasonable estimate.

And though not designed by Wright, wouldn't these compliment many of his post 1930s interiors?

20" high? That's awfully low. That must be an error.

Mine is 27" tall. I believe the explanation for this is that some of the benches
are located on a step, which would elevate the seat by 7". I can see from the photo that the legs are much shorter on this bench than my chair:

I think that's right, peterm. If one sat in the bench for sale, one's chin would rest on one's knees.
