20" high? That's awfully low. That must be an error.

Mine is 27" tall. I believe the explanation for this is that some of the benches
are located on a step, which would elevate the seat by 7". I can see from the photo that the legs are much shorter on this bench than my chair:

I think that's right, peterm. If one sat in the bench for sale, one's chin would rest on one's knees.
