Frank Lloyd Wright. Pope-Leighey house.mov - [2:02]
That's certainly not the Pope House that I've visited twice in D.C. And certainly no blonde/pickled wood in the original.
Remember
this Pope copy? I guess there is another another one out there somewhere now, too.

On second thought, after seeing the name "3d studio Vray" in the description on the YouTube page I decided to do a Google. It turns out that V-Ray makes and sells architectural rendering software.
My gosh, if that is the case, the level of photo-realism reached in this Pope CGI is extremely impressive!

The very limited number of spaces shown might have been a tip. And, 45 sec. in, the header course of brick serving as a fireplace "lintel" is composed of partial bricks -- which should have been a tip-off. Granted, I was prepared for the fact of its being a GCI production . . . !
You're right, it is an impressive display of the capabilities. SketchUp, eat your heart out ? The wood even looks varnished, as for an exterior application. I don't notice any repeats of wood grain . . .

These guys out of Oklahoma do very nice work too. They did the animations for the Bruce Goff exhibit last October that featured several of his unbuilt houses.

The FLWBC ought to consider funding the digital creation of one of Wright's unbuilt works annually. Consider what a thrill it would be to "walk-thru" some of his projects that were never to be.
