This house is very grand, with some interesting interiors, but had Copeland remodeled the house as FLW originally intended, it would have been a spectacular structure.

To the side of this article is another of even greater interest than just another FLW house on the market: Howells & Hood's iconic Chicago Tribune Building has been converted into condos! From a measly $700K to $7M, the units are cheap by Manhattan standards, where $700K buys you an Amana Freezer box and a spot in a Soho alley.
