The house could be moved to Banff and accompany the soon to be constructed Pavilion.

Though the W. S. Carr Cottage is the last house to be obliterated entirely, Olfelt should be considered the last house virtually lost.

That last may be true; I await full disclosure via extensive photography before passing judgement. If Wright's house has not be altered beyond the interface with the addition, all might be said not to have been lost ?

In terms of Wright homes remodeled to the point of effective demolition, I believe the Arthur Pieper House has set the bar the highest - there is approximately one original wall left in what now exists.
