These appear to be prints of the original drawings....possibly the diazo prints were run in 1962, but the line work and lettering is first decade 20th century.

The drawings match exactly those found in Monograph 2 (Pfeiffer never ceases to amaze; he dates the house there to 1906 !). The north elevation, basement and first-floor plans for
sale match those in the book. The south elevations, cross sections and interior elevations match the ones published by Donald Hoffmann; the foundation plan I have not seen before.

Hoffman publishes two different south and north elevation drawings each; variations include the height of the north (kitchen) chimney and the addition of the art glass pattern to the
windows and doors.
