I'm confident that this letter has been published, but I've copied the first and last pages on offer, just in case. Wright speaking of his core interests -- the appearance and the reality of a building -- at a (some would
say the) hinge moment of his career, delivering a succinct put-down of the Internationalists while he was at it -- and addressing an editor in Germany whose name is the same as that of one of the drafters resident
at the Ocatillo Camp in January of 1929, just a year and a half earlier (Sweeney, n 48, p 254) ?
