Anyone know who the architect of record is on this building?

Apparently, it was built in the late 80's/early 90's. It looks like it could have been a TAA project, but I have not been able to find anything on it.

Don't take my word for it, but my guess is Dennis Stevens. I believe he lives in the general vicinity.

I have just learned who the architect was. His name was Andy Beck and, apparently, he had no Wright connections - having eventually gone on to work for the National Park Service.
