peterm your point on the tchotchkes is taken....though the textiles (scarf, table runners) don't seem too offensive to my eye or sensibilities.

2. That the design was as abstract, elemental, and geometric as it is, with no historical reference. I like it.

While I must admit I have a few of the kitschy FLW things - ties, throws, pillows, letter opener - the item I have no problem with is a series of silk scarves with Water Lilies, Tree of Life, Saguaro, Studio Lay Light, Coonley Playhouse, etc. I don't have any of them, not being one to throw on a silk scarf accent, but I do have a burgundy Tree of Life winter scarf with the pattern woven in silk and wool that I may someday wear if ever I find myself in a blustery northern clime.
