Communal meals, often black-tie, included visitors to the site ranging from guitarist Jimi Hendrix to Henry Luce, the founder and publisher of Time, Life, and Fortune magazines..
Oh to be a fly on the wall for that! Was Hendrix invited? Did he seek them out? What was the connection? Was he a Wright admirer?

Jimi playing The Wind Cries Mary on a Stratocaster in the Caberet... yeah, I'm dreaming.
