I have posted a variety of photos from a delightful fall afternoon at Taliesin (yesterday) with wonderful light and color to: www.wrightinracine.com

Bravo Mark!
I particularly like the one of Romeo and Juliet. The wood has weathered to a true monochrome and contrasts wonderfully with the foliage.
Thank you for sharing. |

Oh, my -- the tree at the Tea Circle is doing quite nicely, isn't it. How time flies.
And I don't think I ever appreciated that there's butted corner glass at Taliesin. What is the earliest incidence of that detail in Wright's career ? Could it be here ?

When was this part of Taliesin? Freeman and Ennis used the detail in 1924. |

Unless Mark used Wells' Time Machine or a DeLorean, the mitered window is part of T-III, 1925. |
