The house for sale is a Taliesin Associated Architects/ Taliesin Architects “Legacy Program House”, and a very good one at that...nice perfs!
The pre outage thread about these projects can be found here:

Did Wright ever do a two-tone fireplace like what we see in photos 22 and 23?

He might have, but I don't recall one. The bothersome elements of this fireplace, for me, are the (asymmetrically placed) Streamline-ish horizontals, and
the (symmetrical) unhappy "lintel" at the top. I don't see Wright or any of his apprentices concocting such an affair -- at least while the Old Man was alive . . .

I like the way the brick is integrated in this house.
Nice

Good question.
I think it has to do with being framed or cased by wood.
I don't think I remember seeing that before.

I agree, SDR, that fireplace isn't right. The unhappy lintel, had it been done more happily, I could see, but not the two-tone with the Deco intrusions. But I wouldn't put it past Rattenbury.

There is also a skylight that looks like an edit to FLW's work.

Just noticed the link to a 1980 article about the house in the mlive article:

Yes. The image is easily enlarged by "zooming" in. The first photo contains the fence I speak of, above. Unique images are often to be found, along with forgotten facts and details, in old news articles like this one.
