A generous amount of time is spent, in the second video, at the rear of the Bach house, where where we see, looking up, that Wright's eave and that of the neighboring house actually overlap in space. You don't see this often; someone is straying over the property line ?

I'm reminded of this charming little episode, photographed on Fulton Street in San Francisco:

SDR, Google shows that the two eaves do not overlap at all. Close, but no cigar.

How long before the rabbits outnumber the daffodils?

Right. Looking again at the earliest part of the video shows that you are correct.

I'm looking forward to seeing new video of the interior of the house; in the great majority of video tours of Prairie-period house we never get above the first floor.

Speaking of which, is it correct to call Bach a Prairie design ? We are post-Berlin, post-Taliesin here . . .

I agree, SDR, calling Bach Prairie is dubious at best. I refer to everything between Harry S. Adams and Dean Malcolm Willey as transitional.
