If there is interest, I can offer some clarification on the Hickman buildings in Wichita, as I am in touch with someone who was there when it was being designed and built.

Sure looks like an iconic piece of the skyline.

An attractive building on the exterior. No doubt the needs of the interior have changed over the last 45 years. I hope they can find an adaptive reuse of the building.

Years ago, my late brother and I contemplated the idea of turning St. Peter's Basilica into a parking garage. Think of the tax revenue it could generate!
