Mmm. The most mirrors yet, in a Neutra house ? I think one has to see this one in the flesh, if only to appreciate the major level change and its effect on the feel of the space. Can't think of a "tall" Neutra other than the 1936 Kun house -- where Shulman got his start -- and the Lovell Health House. There must be others; Schindler found many more steep sites that he ?

1-3/4 baths for a 3-story, 3-bedroom house? This one will have to undergo a serious change to sell.

Huh. That's hard to understand, in any event. Is this a pre-war house ? Pre-WW I ? Smile

1962

3 Bedrooms

Baths:
1 - full Bath
1 - 3/4 Bath

One bath has a shower, and the other a shower and tub. Isn't that enough?

It's plenty. But you know how bath-obsessed American home owners are. The typical McMansion has 'spas' instead of mere baths.

I would hope that a buyer of a Neutra house in LA might be more enlightened. There are plenty of huge places with 6 car garages and 7 bathrooms for the others. I bet it will sell, maybe even above the asking price.
