The book has no index. Here is the table of contents, and the bibliography.
The 27-page essay by Anatole Senkevitch, Jr, seems to have the answers to most of your questions. I will not be scanning that. You needed to have found this book at the beginning of your project. (To satisfy my own curiosity, was this a subject you chose yourself, or was it assigned ? What is the school you attend, and what is the name of the course ?)
I will post a couple of G-W drawings that I have already scanned.
The note to Plate 2 makes mention of the eighth and unknown house. No client is named, and no drawing is shown.
There were at least two versions of the Brauner house; the earlier version is shown on the site drawing, while the final version is the one shown in Peter Beers's photos -- which should be self-evident.
W A Storrer notes that the Rubin house is a mirror image of Panshin.
