Anyone recognize her name - and perhaps know which Wright home she grew up in?

My logical guess would be the Lloyd Lewis house.

The Case Studies page here at the Conservancy site identifies Bruce and Lynette Haines as the Lloyd Lewis owners (as of 2000).

Mettawa is south of Libertyville; Little St Mary's Rd, Libertyville, is the published address of the Lewis residence. N St Mary's Rd runs due north/south and connects Libertyville and Mettawa, according the the Google map linked above.

The Haines are the ones who endowed the fund that the FLWBC uses to acquire distressed FLW properties in need of a sympathetic buyer.
