I try as often as possible (when I'm in the office) to notify the Conservancy which posts to delete, which they do as soon as they have the time. Unfortunately Spam multiplies like bacteria.

Spam doesn't do ANYTHING if you ban anonymous postings, and add a CAPTCHA test to the signup page.

Hey - then we'd have NO SPAM postings at all - ever.

This isn't rocket surgery - just conventional wisdom, which the conservancy seem utterly and completely ignorant of, and uncaring about.

I agree that a rule against posting without a login account would improve this list. Some equally urgent suggestions:

1. A total ban on "Mc Mansion;"

2. No complaining about the asking price of a building unless the complainer has walked through it by appointment with an agent. Open houses don't count.

Wright Back Chat Ya

Peter's comments are noted here but Mobius is more on point. It's become so discouraging to look at this board and see the disgusting proliferation of spam that would appear to be eminently avoidable if those in charge would adopt Mobius' suggestions.

If nothing else, the FLBC should appoint two volunteers to take out the trash every other day.
