Of course, I'm not buying but I have a relative about 1/2 hour away from there that I'll be seeing at Christmas, and I wouldn't mind persuading her to take us on an afternoon drive to see it.

Yes, the price of an average small house is shocking. I'm not sure you can scale up that price on a per-foot basis. It's true that this house has had improvements and additions . . .
