Georgia (or the South) Homes by F.L. Wright
Georgia (or the South) Homes by F.L. Wright
I would like to know if Frank Lloyd Wright has designed any homes in Georgia or in the South, like North or South Carolina, possibly even Florida.
South Carolina, Yemassee - Auldbrass plantation
South Carolina, Greenville - Austin house
Florida, Tallahassee - George Lewis house
Florida, Lakeland - Florida Southern College
Tennessee, Chattanooga - Shavin house
Alabama, Florence - Rosenbaum house
Mississippi, Jackson - Hughes house (Fountainhead)
Mississippi, Ocean Springs - bungalows
That's about it documented in the south (leaving out KY and VA which some might consider south)

Ann,
There's a great plantation in Beaufort,SC-AULDBRASS-you can see great pictures of it on www.peterbeers.net. There is also a college campus-FLORIDA SOUTHERN COLLEGE-Lakeland,FL that is quite a site-many great Wright-designed buildings. These are only 2 places off the top of my head, but check out Storrer's guide to Wright buildings. Happy travels.[/url]
