It's no longer listed on Coldwell Banker's site, nor does any MLS search in the area find it.

I got this in response to my inquiry to the listing realtor:

The William Kier house is still available. It is off the market right now because my clients' relocation plans changed. Their plans on back on track now and the house will be put back on the market after the first of April. Please call if you need more information.
