FLW preparatory drawing for sale on Ebay seller 123failla

Description can be read on Ebay. It is from the Wasmuth portfolio, my late husband (AIA) bought it in 1960. The Smithsonian contacted him within weeks wanting to purchase it from him. It is stamp embossed and is of the George Millard House in Highland Park, ILL (built 1906).
