The Wynant House you may be referring to is the D-101 systems-built prefab in Gary, IN. It is my understanding that the house has recently been purchased and is undergoing rehabilitation/rebuilding.

Actually, the Wynant House burned to the ground last January. The owner at the time had thought he would try to rebuild it, but I suspect (as many others did at the time) it was too far gone. What has happened to the remains since January 2006 is a mystery to me. Given we haven't heard anything about it on this site since then probably indicates nothing has, or will, be happening with that building.
