There is a perfectly restored home in collinsville illinois (10 min east of the Arch) its been for sale by the original owners for 6 months and is around $375,000. Its similar to the W.A.B. homes in St. Louis but not in a super high priced city like Ladue.
There are two homes by early Wright apprentice Russell Barr Williamson in St. Louis also. R.B.W. worked on Wright's Milwaulkee projects and the Allen home in Kansas.
