David Romero strikes again!
For those of you who do not get Whirling Arrow, the new issue has an article about the masterful David Romero's computerized construction of the Arizona Capitol Building Project. Sign up and luxuriate. This is as close as anyone will ever get to seeing what might have been.

The only thing wrong with this project is that it was intended to house a bunch of politicians and bureaucrats. It should be built and repurposed for a worthwhile function. Somehow people should be able to walk through this building to experience the genius of FLW.

Does anyone see the largest expanses of honeycomb lattice supporting themselves as shown ? What would this fabric be composed of ? There is no arching; the planes are dead flat---of course.
