A 3-sink bathroom? Never seen that before. Suggests there were a bunch of kids in the family. A floor plan would certainly be helpful.
Google gives a glimpse of the house immediately to the west of the Jones house, which has an entrance in the same stone. Looks like another Jones house, but there isn't a good view of it.

I wondered if those sink counters are original to the house. They are unusual---perhaps made of solid-surface material ?

Tell me about the "birdcage" overhead in the main space. Could there be a walkway up there---or am I reading too much into this feature ?

The “birdcage” is just a high clerestory with rafters wrapped with finished trim passing through like a comb. The house cascades down a very steep slope and the composition is enhanced with the multi tiered window bands/clerestories seen from the downhill side.

I see that I omitted one of Dan's photos; I've added it to the group displayed above. It shows vertical exterior cladding appearing to descend to grade---the actual condition hidden by an accumulation of leaves. Not an ideal situation in either event, from a building maintenance perspective . . .?

Dan, did you notice the house to the west of Buckley? Is it another Jones house?

Lot of nice qualities to this house. I looked up that this was from 1968. Is that right? 'Cause it looks like something Wright would have done back in the 1930s.

I did.
The house at 940 Arlington is an interesting modern house with stonework of similar character to that of Jones, but the house itself did not exhibit the bristling details or localized symmetry of Jones.
It was not noted to the tour group as being by Jones, and it is not listed in Craig Stevens’ comprehensive EFJ Guide.
