Webinar presentation on Oct. 27 at 1 pm (CST)

Post by SpringGreen »

Hello, everyone. I will be giving a Monona Terrace webinar presentation on Tuesday, October 27, at 1 pm (CST). Register for this free event by going to the Wright Design Series page on the Monona Terrace website:
https://www.mononaterrace.com/event-gro ... gn-series/
The register button is right below the description of the talk I'll be giving.

Thanks for looking. I hope you all like it.

If you don't watch it when it's live, it will be put onto the Wright Design Series page a few days after the presentation.

I enjoyed that presentation. Keiran found lots of photos and drawings to illustrate the changes Mr Wright made to the house in the 'thirties, 'forties and 'fifties, to construct a bedroom for Iovanna under a (raised) roof at the center of the Taliesin residence, to alter the parents' bedroom below (later the guest bedroom), and to modify the tower building's first floor, earlier an apprentice dining room, then an office for Gene, and finally an apartment for Iovanna, which she occupied for the rest of her life.

Thanks to Heather Sabin at Monona Terrace, and Keiran Murphy at Taliesin, for this webinar !
