Interesting that they start with a picture of the Neils house. At 2.79m it could be considered a fortune, at least for a 2600 sq ft house. On the other hand, it sits on a million-dollar lot next to multi-million dollar homes.

Location, location, location! :lol:

There are few neighborhoods in Minneapolis as desirable as Cedar Lake, not even Lake of the Isles.
