Ah---and just this year I have finally realized that I could and should be scanning published materials at 600 dpi rather than 300. The dawn breaks on Marble head---as they say in Massachusetts.

So, two functions I took for granted in the previous iteration of this site's platform have yet to be restored: e-mail notifications of activity on the forum, and the automatic redirection to the current (i.e., last) page of a thread when logging on to the site.

Am I alone in experiencing these "deficits," and/or alone in wishing they could be corrected ? I have selected the notification option (last box on the posting page); I don't see a way to select the last-page preference.

Otherwise, all is peachy with the revised and reinvigorated forum, and I remain most grateful for its continuing existence !
