You could get a 3-D print of the chair and do some lighting and then we have our real life model before the built. That is just an idea though.

pharding: I do know that but with the render program I have, and rarely use, it isn't the best. This is why most times I take tracing paper and take the design and render it myself with pencil, and color pencil. For being 22 almost 23 I have a deep respect for hand drawn rendering. I figured the chair ...

Palmer and Mossburg have the back strut going to the ground.
Interesting that some of these chair's struts in other designs don't.
Is there some reason for this strut design?

Actually that's the renderings fault. In the model it is oriented front to back,as seen in the photo that shows the top of the chair.

I built the Taliesin III aka Mossberg Chair in CAD and have used it since 2010 as an example for furniture placement. Interesting to now see that the back support I thought was decorative is actually leg, how could I have missed that after this many years is beyond me. I am tempted to build the ASB ...

very interesting design, even the perforated detail, or is that nailhead trim? I am very interested at the chair that looks like the Mossberg and ASB Chair fused design. These designs are just pure beauty and detail. One more drawing comes into play, here -- a view (identical in perspective to the C...
