Price Tower bar and hotel under new management

Found brief mention of the Hotel Valley Ho in another article and it said that the architect - Edward L. Varney - was a student of Wright's. I checked the TaliesinTimeline and he doesn't show up there.

Anyone familiar with this hotel and/or Varney?
