The photos should be saved so we can compare the before pics to the restored piece when it hits an auction with a reserve of $150,000.00!

SDR- your still life is somewhat Cubist! I'm not sure what I'm actually seeing. The post and beam construction... is that something reflected in a mirror? Was a wall removed, and is it structural?

It's interesting to note that tiny Montenegro (Olgivanna's home country), defied Russia by entering the alliance. Did Trump know this? Probably not... https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/mor...

This same piece was discussed a few months ago on this thread. At that time, it was for sale on Craigslist, but the photos are no longer available: http://wrightchat.savewright.org/viewtopic.php?t=10195&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0&sid=f86224ff7305ee79f7922724b1f4161b Scroll down...

Mies at Farnsworth was far more "controlling" than Wright. With no spots for displaying art or collections and no storage except in the kitchen, once furnished, (preferably with the Barcelona suite), the life of the resident is basically complete. What is left to do? Enjoy the view and rea...

Margo has responded to my query regarding Lamberson. It seems the exclusion of certain designs from the Monographs might forever remain a mystery: Hello Peter, Bruce is working his way through some health issues and is not now at Taliesin West. And right now he is also not doing email. I can ask him...

I think many Wrightians do discuss and acknowledge the negatives. It's just when his alleged failings are strung together in a list as it is in this Guardian piece without nuance or context, it becomes such a cliche' that it's difficult to know what the motivation of the writer is, or where to begin...
