By the way, Sikkens suggest a maintenance coat of Cetol SRD be applied every 12-18 months. A year, year and a half comes around real fast.

Cetol 1 & 23 needs to be freshened every 3 to 4 years.

We visited a couple times, the first visit was with Mrs. Palmer. She was a real dear. Had a great lunch and she related stories about Wright's visit, and his critiquing the string quartet and spending the night.

If anything, it needs plants, and more than a couple of them.

This is the problem that arises when these houses are not owned and maintained by an individual or family sympathetic to the building...the personal touch is missing.
