HAYNES HOUSE LLC!

This is beginning to feel like a free advertising page for the Haynes House. I am sure it is a great house and well worth the visit, but must it have a post every few days? The idea of it being FLLW LLC is kind of creepy to me. If your true desire is to share his vision, why not open it up to free t...

If Mr. Tafel would agree to it, I should think an audio or video of this would be important. I would love to hear his opinion of "The Fellowship". But more importantly I would love to hear him talk about Mr. Wright and his experience with the architecture. I have heard enough of who slept with whom.

I thought that the original furniture was licensed for the individual house only? What if every Wright home owner mad...

honduran vs. Brazilian plywood

Does anyone know of a supplier of Honduran Mahogany Plywood? It seems very difficult if not impossible to find. Also, does anyone know if Brazilian Mahogany is the same? Thanks for any help.

Bob Beharka/wood finish

What is the official answer on what product to use on exterior Mahogany woodwork? I will be sanding some Mahogany on the fascia and do not know what product would be most historically accurate. Some use Sikkens, some use Minwax, some Teak Oil. What product should be used on a Wright Usonian home? Ca...
