http://freshome.com/2012/08/17/iconic-legends-the-10-greatest-modern-architects-of-our-time/ I know all these lists are all subjective, but really! Stone is a really poor insulator, so a structural stone wall has to be insulated somehow, either by making a "double" wall of stone and insulting the space between, or by finishing the interior in a differen...

Perhaps its the variance from Wright's geometries, itself, which makes these others' furniture a good choice; no one would mistake the furniture with Wright's, which is comforting to those who wish to clarify that they haven't introduced pseudo-Wright objects into these historic interiors ?-Sdr Perh...

"The restored house is intended to be a house museum. What is the point of putting a fake, phony chair in a museum as if it somehow existed" If the intent was to show the chair as original to the house then yes, what is the point? I would however, venture to say that the chair would be a worthwhile ...

Thanks to michealmaguire for posting so much up on the internet for everyone to enjoy! The new building may not be "pure" Wright but it is as good as we are likely to get in this lifetime. I'm simply enjoying the wonderful trim-work and the clean fresh blocks!. it is a truly impressive piece of work...
