I was told that all the original custom wood windows were replaced with Pella windows and that the fireplace flues were filled with concrete.

Please correct me if this is inaccurate.

The Realtor.com listing is marked OFF MARKET because the house has not yet been placed ON THE MARKET, not because it was sold.

A possible easier alternative are the various stains and dyes available to apply to new concrete
installations after curing. Many of these create a mottled appearance resembling aged leather
which I find attractive.
